The processing accuracy and operational stability of molds directly determine the forming quality and batch consistency of terminal products. A complete full-process quality control system is the core guarantee for the mass production application of precision plastic molds and die-casting molds. In the mold processing stage, three-coordinate detection and precision dimension calibration equipment are used to comprehensively detect cavity dimensions, runner accuracy and fitting gaps, correct processing errors, and ensure the assembly accuracy of all mold structures. For die-casting molds, the focus is on detecting cavity flatness, demolding taper and heat treatment hardness to avoid structural deformation and wear hidden dangers under high-temperature die-casting conditions. For plastic molds, the inspection focuses on the uniformity of cooling water channels and the closing accuracy of hot runners to ensure the stability of plastic forming. A standardized test process is established in the trial stage. Multiple batches of samples are tested for product size, appearance and performance parameters. Forming parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed are recorded to build a dedicated process parameter database and lock the optimal forming scheme. In the mass production stage, an online intelligent detection system is equipped to identify defects such as pores, shrinkage, deformation and burrs in real time through machine vision technology, and simultaneously monitor mold wear, carbon deposition and blockage. Meanwhile, the industry introduces dynamic mold wear compensation technology to fine-tune cavity parameters according to long-term mass production wear data and offset dimensional deviation caused by minor wear. The standardized quality control system runs through the whole life cycle of mold design, processing, trial production and mass production, effectively reducing the defective rate of batch products, ensuring the parameter consistency of components in different batches, and adapting to the precision production standards of high-end manufacturing fields.
